Most home owners opt for a Split system air conditioner which is suitable for a single area whereas commercial clients mostly prefer a Ducted system which can service several areas at once.

Split system refrigerated air conditioning is an extremely efficient form of air conditioning, particularly the latest ‘inverter’ models. The Split System output is placed in the appropriate room as desired and the compressor is located outside the home to reduce noise. 

In a Ducted system, the compressor is also located outside the building - often on the roof - and the treated Air is ducted to various areas.
